What makes a good brand?

Branding is the process of building a brand. A brand, however, is a name, term, design, or any other element that differentiates and identifies a product, company or service from others. In other words, Branding helps us differentiate ourselves from the competition.

Keep in mind that a brand is created by an entity, but it is validated, recognized and valued by its customers. The most important factor is the audience they reach and interact with. Brands differentiate between two seemingly similar products or services, for this they are of major importance. Good brand is a very important part of the sales process. It must be as original as possible, and once created it offers customers confidence and safety. Things to keep in mind when creating a good brand: first of all, its name – the word or words must be chosen carefully and used in identifying the company, product or service; creating a logo – a visual expression that identifies and differentiates the brand, brand graphics, to which we add user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). User experience is critical to companies’ marketing success because consumers act on emotions.

The emotion that your brand has awakened in his mind is the association he will make in the future with your brand and the cumulation of these experiences will give value to your brand. The more users you have who appreciate your brand, the higher its value on the market. We are in a continuous hurry and movement, in which the most used device is the mobile phone, whether we are in traffic at traffic lights, offices, supermarkets or markets. User experience is often neglected. Many of these users reported this problem by browsing a website that was not optimized for their devices at some point and leaving it accordingly. The user interface also plays a vital role in branding, being the space where the interaction between man and machine takes place. In conclusion, both the user experience (UX) and the user interface (UI) require increased attention in creating the brand so that both parties benefit.
